Rates

3 and 6-bottle packages ship free within the continental United States. 2-bottle orders carry a shipping charge added at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the US warehouse. Domestic transit is typically 5–7 working days. A tracking link is emailed at the first courier scan.

Delays

Peak periods, remote addresses and weather can add days. If tracking has not updated within three working days, email support@breathi-zens.com with your order number and we chase the courier from our side.

Marked delivered but not received

Most resolve within 24 hours — check porches, neighbours and mailrooms first. If it has not surfaced by the next day, email us and we make it right.

Address accuracy

Check your shipping address at checkout. We can amend an address before dispatch if you email quickly; after dispatch the courier’s rules apply.
