Three letters, at length

The refund letter we publish on purpose
Hannah V. wrote: “Eight weeks, notes kept properly, and my scores never moved — not down, just flat. I emailed on day 52, had the return address the next morning, and the refund landed the week the bottles arrived back. Nobody tried to talk me out of it or offered me a discount to stay.”

The shape of the scale
- Five-star letters describe gradual, unglamorous change — cold mornings that stopped registering, a throat that handles dry air better, stairs that stopped being a pause point
- Four-star letters are the most useful band: “it is doing something and I want to know what”, or “the throat part is real, the rest is subtle”. Several ask for the per-plant split, which is a fair request
- No-change letters come from a real minority who complete eight weeks with flat notes. We publish those too, because a review page without them is a marketing page
How to read supplement reviews well
- Prefer letters that name a week number — specificity is hard to fabricate
- Weigh the mixed reviews most heavily; they are the least incentivised
- Discount anything describing instant or dramatic results from a plant supplement
- Check the reviewer is describing the real five-plant product rather than a seven-ingredient listing
