What the guarantee covers

Sixty days from purchase, on every package tier, including bottles you have opened and been taking daily. That last part is the whole point: a plant formula needs weeks before you can judge it, so a sealed-only policy would be a guarantee engineered never to be claimed.

The four steps

• 1. Email us inside the sixty days with your order number and a one-line request. No reason is required and you will not be talked out of it
• 2. We reply within two working days with the return address
• 3. Post the bottles back — opened and unopened — and keep proof of postage
• 4. The product price is refunded to your original payment method, typically 5–10 working days after the parcel arrives

The two exclusions, stated up front

Return postage is the customer's side. And on the 2-bottle tier, the original outbound shipping charge is not part of the product-price refund. There is no restocking fee and no deduction for a bottle being open.

How to time the decision well
