60-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on every package tier. Opened bottles are covered. The window is sixty days because that is two full bottles, and two bottles is the honest trial for a plant formula.

How to claim

Email support@breathi-zens.com within sixty days of purchase with your order number and a one-line request. No reason is required. We reply within two working days with the return address. Post the bottles back — opened and unopened — keeping proof of postage. The product price is refunded to your original payment method, typically 5–10 working days after the parcel arrives.

What is not refunded

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. On the 2-bottle tier, the original outbound shipping charge is not part of the product-price refund. There is no restocking fee and no deduction for a bottle being open.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, email us with the order number and a photo. We replace it at our cost; you do not need to use the guarantee for our mistakes.
