BreathiZen Shipping And Tracking: Rates, Times And Problems

The 3 and 6-bottle packages ship free in the US; the 2-bottle adds a charge at checkout.

Here is the useful detail around that rule.

Rates

Free shipping is funded by order size — at three bottles the economics carry the courier cost. The practical effect is that the shipping charge on the 2-pack narrows its real gap to the 3-pack, which is worth factoring in before you choose.

Timing

• Dispatch: 1–2 working days from the US warehouse
• Domestic transit: typically 5–7 working days
• Tracking: emailed at the first courier scan, not at the moment of order
• Peak periods, remote addresses and weather can add days

When tracking goes quiet

A tracking number that has not updated for two working days usually means a scan was missed rather than a parcel lost. If it stays quiet past three, email us with the order number and we chase the courier from our side. You should not have to do that yourself.

“Delivered” but not there

Most of these resolve within 24 hours — parcels get left with neighbours, in porches or in mailrooms. Check those first. If it has not surfaced by the next day, email us and we make it right.

Storage on arrival

Each bottle ships sealed. Store it cool, dry and out of direct sun. The storage guide covers a 6-pack over six months and what to do about travel.
